Welcome to the forums. My buddy went to Rowan for a year and I know I've drunkenly wandered around hte campus so it's not unknown to me, just a blurry vision. The same way you walk around anywhere drunk. Experience. There's a fine line between being loud/boisterous and being suspiciously so. That and you gotta know how to hold a coherent conversation while utterly bombed. | ||
