Ya, i got myself a trek awhile back. Needed to get back and forth from school, and at the time I didnt have my license. Found one that was simple and worked, a nice mountain bike. Made sure i got it in a aluminum frame, lighter weighs increase overall performance. The difference between the aluminum and the steel equivalent was 80, but it still only came out to 300 some, and I've been VERY happy. Easy to carry, and when i got it i almost slammed my face in the cement when i touched the brakes. Moral of the story: New bikes rule period. that DB would prob walk all over my trek, but shit, it'll get you were you're going quick |

Nice, it's okay. Don't do any flat drops. Usually those bikes come with decent components, but the frame isn't quiiiite up to par with other such full suspensions. This bike is perfect for soaking up bumps, but taking it on a freestyle course might be a little much. | ||

Its not made for the track, its suspension is too soft. |
