Okay, I think that when I try to "pack" a box of gum it means that I've become way too addicted to smoking. Has anyone here overcome a real addiction to it? I need some help. If anyone knows a reasonable way to quit smoking, could you shine some light on it for me? I've been doing it far to often and spending way too much money. I've tried cold shoulder, smoking less and less, but I always end up fucking everything up. Patches and gum won't help because there is too much nicotine in them as it is. I really don't want the side effects of prescription medicine. I'd love some input. Thanks. |

the only addiction i ever had was WoW. And i finally broke it... By going cold turkey. Best accomplishment in my life thus far. |

I broke that too, but believe it or not, smoking is a little bit harder to quit. | ||

Some people say they just resorted to using weed to get their mind off it. Then quit weed, its easier. |

I'm pretty sure there is some laser therapy junk out there that helps you quit, it doesn't hurt or anything. I just saw it in an infomertial so I don't know. |

infomercial lololol idk i dont smoke but my uncle recently quit smoking (he would smoke 2+ packs a day) by going apeshit with the nicotine gum and patches. theres some hotline ive heard of you could call i think too. |

I just simply stopped smoking. It's hard, you're pissed off, people may die. But it works. | ||
