My sister loves scary movies, so I figured I'd get her take on it, and this is what she said. Saw5, An American Haunting, The Hills Have Eyes, See No Evil, Hostel American Haunting had a horrible ending, but the movie did have it's chills, Saw 5 I didn't see, but if she says it was scary, it was. Obviously both of the Hills have eyes, still scares the shit out of me. See no evil has a major WWE or WWF wrestler in it. Kane? or something, he's fucking massive, but that movie reminds me of Jason too much. Hostel was scary just because we don't like travelling to creepy places, lol. I'd also like to add Stranded. Who would like being stranded and tortured? |

Most of these aren't scary just gory. Forget the saw series. Forget the hostel series. 28 days later is good but not scary 28 weeks later is shit. Hills have eyes are just gory. If you want a "scary" film then you'll have to go old school but then I'm guessing you wont find them scary either because it's the wrong generation. You can no longer find scary films. For some reason they have confused shock and scare as the same. The only film the I can say did scare me was 'Blair Witch Project' (the first one) but I was like 8 and I thought it was real. Though said all that, I recommend 'Cannibal Holocaust' ^^ Though make sure you see the original unedited version, It was banned in so many countries that they edited sections out.^^ Edited Sat Nov 15 2008, 02:06PM |
