It depends what you mean by "A person like me" Personally I am not a certified fitness trainer, I could train you, and I know a great deal about fitness, working out, supplements and dieting, but I hold no certificate or physical degree like most trainers. So, if you wanted me, you would pay what ever I felt like charging you. Most likely $20-30 an hour. If you were to look into getting a personal trainer you would be spending quite a bit more. It also depends if you are just paying the trainer, or the gym they work for as well. For instance, at my gym one hour of personal training will cost you $75 (I work at a very expensive gym, I would never pay that much for our trainers) Out of that $75 the company takes 50-55% so the trainers are only making $30-35 per hour. If you lived anywhere near me I'd be happy to train you for much less then most trainers, simply because I dont do it for a living and I understand that I am not as qualified, on paper, as many other trainers. Since I am not, feel free to ask me any fitness questions

Come school I am getting back into strength training and condition class we have. Last year at the begining and the first month nad a bit maybe two I was on a daily rountine, then further on after I got more exprienced I broke it down into 3 days: Day 1- Tri's and Chest Day2- Back and Bi's Day3- Shoulders and legs With abs every day. I have taken protein and NO Explode and like them, though I didn't get a ton of jolt with the NO but it was closer to the end of the year and I was starting to lose motivation. Personally I think motivation is everything, along side good nutrition. lol im ranting on about w.e anyways, happy to hear people are trying to get in shape, goood wuck. |

yea, thats like saying, what man needs the Mystery method guide? I mean, so some of the shit works, almost 100% of the time, you're not a real man unless you know what to do without any guidelines, because you've had the world to practice! ps. LoL how do you learn to do things? Do you just do them? And figure them out as you go along? That's a pretty damn inefficient way of learning how to do something. if i were you noskill, i would go to the doctor and get a full phyiscal. they can test things like good/bad calorie intake and give you advice on what you could possibly do. |
