Pointless votebanning

So a couple of people in the surf server are going around votebanning people for no reason.
Chatlog is below.

Basically, what happened was that they decided over the mic to voteban F!s70 for "spawn attacking" I watched that round and he definitely was not. After the vote passed, one of them said "Haha, he really wasn't". Next round starts up. After about 10 seconds, somebody gets close infront of me and I shot him in the head with an auto (both of us were on the surf already). Voteban frenzy starts and I'm kicked. I just realized I didn't get their steamids, but can I be unbanned from the server?
