Leaving right now actually to go to my new house upstate.

Me and my father took off the next week to go up there and work on the house. Its a 3600 square foot house, and we gotta paint it, as well as replace carpeting in 4 rooms, put in new light fixtures, and run some outside lines.

I will be on the forums regularly over the next 6-7 days. So dont worry smile

Nope, its called selling your current, and taking that money, paying off the house you live in now, taking the rest, and paying off most of the new house....

Since the houses up there are half the fuckin price as down in the city.
