self defense? so long as you only run him over once  I think if you keep running him over it's considered assault (similar situation happened to my bro about a year and a half ago, dude tried to jack his car and he ran him over, didn't kill him though  )

Holy wowzor. Lmao i wish i could find that guy desguise myself as another camera man(wouldnt have to "desguise"-ninja instinct =p) i would ask him to talk to me then smash the camera in his face, enough force to break his jaw(one of those big shoulder camers) then go to jail lol | ||

You'd probably get charged with vehicular manslaughter, disorderly conduct, lude and lascivious conduct, and probably littering. If some dude started doing that to your car, all the damage would make it a felony. Once it's a felony that occurred in your presence you have the right to make a citizen's arrest and detain that person until the police show up. If he resists you making the citizen arrest, I'm sure you could make the claim for resisiting arrest as well but I know that in VA you can only resist arrest when a law enforcement officer is trying to arrest you. If you got out of your car and threw him to the ground or fought with him, I'm sure the report would be written that you "detained" the suspect to prevent any further violent actions until the police arrived. If you run him over with the car, that would probably be considered to dramatic of an escalation of force in response to him hitting your car and not you. Like I said, you would probably get charged with vehicular manslaughter but maybe you could convince the jury not to throw you in jail if they side with you. |

I understand the law system, but I still don't completely agree with it. There's too many instances of people getting fucked, then fucking over the people fucking them, then getting fucked by the court system. Know what I mean?
