wierdness. Also to answer your quesiton they did it in stop animeation that is where you take a single frame or picture and then change someting small and then repeate. It is how they do claymation stuff it takes quite a long time and a lot of work if you want to make it look fluid. If you want more on stop animtion go to wikipedia I am sure they got a whole thing on it lol. To make it a bit easier to understand think of the coffie table they took a picture of it as it was then slowly moved a picture accrost it till it reached where he could grab it. it probly took like 20 or 30 pictures there alone to move that one picture frame. Then the letter was made by moving thigns one at a time onto that table then the words in the same order. Edited Sat Dec 16 2006, 07:12PM |

OK drunk, I am going to try to make this as simple as possible. Let's assume that you have a picture frame (from now on just called frame), and a empty table. You want a stop animation of it simply going from one end to the next of the table. First you set the frame on one end of the table and take a picture like that. Then you move it like a inch and take another picture. The move it again and take another picture. Slowly you move it across the table taking pictures all the while (the more pictures the more fluid the animation looks.) Once you have finished you take all those pictures and you arrange them in order and make it into a video file so that it plays them one after another. Think of it like a automatic flip book (you remember those right?) In reality all animation is stop animation movies and all that but we stop calling it that once it reaches 75 Frames Per Second which is the speed of the human eye. TV is actually broadcast on a lower FPS then the human eye can see, however it looks fine since the closer you get to 75 FPS the harder it is to tell the difference. In reality movies as slow as 30 FPS can look smooth. |
