Hmm, yeah sorry about that, Pestilence.  Ninja is not an admin, and he's actually had his fair share of camping drama very recently. Not a bad guy, per se, but you can't let his opinion of camping sour your perspective of FTC.Anyway, I'm not completely against putting up an advert for you, but I really don't see it doing much help for either of us. If someone is fed up with FTC I seriously doubt they would do anything other than quit rather than be conscious of advertising for competing office servers, let alone join those servers. The idea I discussed with a few other trusted Ops/Admins was proposing the idea of bringing your patron server under the Fish Tank umbrella. Unfortunately, the logical criticisms of proposing such a thing are too numerous to bring in another office server, and I would be surprised if the leadership of your server would be interested in such a thing. The only other alternative mentioned was bringing your server in, but not as an office server. I'm sure all of your loyal regs and admins love office and that wouldn't be too attractive of an offer. What makes matters worse is that our 24/7 dust2 server was launched less than two weeks ago and we're still trying to make sure that gets off the ground. Call it bad luck and bad timing, but I just don't see anything we can do to help. If you have any other ideas please let me know -- I personally know what it's like watching a server die day by day because this precise thing happened to me before I was lucky enough to have FT (Digital Anarchy at the time) take me up on my offer to "donate" my dedicated to be used as they saw fit. |

Well if anything I appreciate the thoughtful advice. If getting Dust2 filled is an issue we may beable to route people there no matter if you guys advertise our server or not. | ||

Thank you for the offer Pestilence, and I noted the apology. I didn't mean to come off as hostile either. I liked alex's recommendation of a possiblity of your server coming under FT, but under a new map... We'll see what is decided. |

Hey pestilence, we votebanned you because you crouched around the whole entire map, every single round when it was around a 3v3 game, when we killed the other 2 in less than 30 seconds and you took another minute and a half, it got irritating. | ||

Well, That's one version of the story. The gay ninja screamed "camper" 50 times and got me vote banned. I don't believe either to be true. I never crouch unless I'm going to shoot. I walk most of the time not to give away position. If this is "The gay ninja?" I think you just got pissed I wasn't running around aimlessly as to get killed to end the round. |

oh office. how i miss it so. the drama, the artwork, and the camping. however, walking != camping but you dont walk the entire map, you walk when you feel an enemy is nearby. if they have one left and hes in backyard, why creep long hall? (i dont know the exact scenario, so i made one up) other than that, the d2 server looks like its having difficulties populating; it is always at 0 players, then when it does get populated, if it goes under 10 it quickly dies again |
