It does sadden me that our mighty tank which once needed a second server to have overflow go into sits empty now T.T All the time I've spent sitting in there, watching it evolve from FTA flak jackets, setting of defined admin rules, etc etc. Its something that i truly thank you for. I die just a little inside every time another old timer resigns  hopefully as you said its only as a server op. Stick around, with d2, l4d, sc2 in the future, all sorts of other games it'd be a shame just to lose touch. <3 |

this day was inevitable. i share many of the same great memories as you all, and will always remember my years in the tank. CSS is the first game i got for which i actually could be called a gamer, and almost exclusively played in FTC. thems were some fun nights, guys. thanks for all the fun. i sincerely mean that all good things must end, but i still lurk around the forums keeping an eye out for FTC related posts. Alex, i wish you the best man, and the same to the rest of you guys. keep in touch |

Wow.. I really was hoping this day would never come. I remember the days of FTC and FTC2. I never really played on the second, I always sat and waited for a spot in the first.. FTC was the one and only 24/7 office server I would ever play on. It really does suck to see it go. Hopefully you stick around Alex. |

god damn alex i feel the same way. playing on fish tank and learning so much about the internet and computers has probably taught me more over the last 3 years than anything ive learned in school. i'll probably get into a computer related profession and i can contribute that to this community. granted it has also partly contributed to my lack of an outgoing personality, but who the fuck cares? fish tank 4 ever <333 | ||

Seeing as how you are fat and probably have your ass crack hanging out 90% of the time already, why not take that last major step and have it show 100% of the time while you pretend to fix shit and tell me its going to cost 3000 dollars? I've learned so much from all of you, especially how to be a grammar nazi! (I don't have perfect grammar, but you guys have made me watch myself more so I don't embarass myself, haha) Thanks partly to you guys, I want to open up a cyber cafe for gaming. I never knew what I wanted to do in life and I think this community helped me decide that that's what I want to do. |

Yeah, this community is really more of a brotherhood (or at least was) than your typical clan/forum, which is why I loved playing with everyone here and coming to this website every other day. The times were fun while they lasted, I don't think any of us are going to forget it anytime soon. FTC was a great server with great players, we've had our lows and highs, and now it seems we've reached our expiration date. GG guys. BUT! Just because the servers are going doesn't mean we do, so long live FT! |

This is a unique community, and I have plenty of fond memories from here. It's those memories that have me check this website from time to time. Even though I played surf mostly, I enjoyed the company of many of the office players (mugen, omni, and of crouse you alex). There is no doubt in my mind that this community will still function after the server shuts down simply because of the bonds that exist between many of you. People like Noname above me who have been here for 3 years are what make that possible. I regret losing touch with people like kddude, nostie, noname, and emerican.
