What's wrong with being fat? In medieval times being fat was a sign of wealth and success. Because fat people could afford to eat and eat well. So if this was 1412 you would be a King. However it's the 21st century so I'd start running. |

You are apart of the new age diease that America is facing now these days, Obesity, it's a horrible thing, anything over 25% body fat is bad for males, That's the true test however. You have a BMI of 25.8. You may want to try the south beach diet. BMI is between 25 and 29.9 (Overweight) 5'11 185 btw y'all dont believe me when i say this but i HATE twinkies. those lil fruit pies are WAYYYY better |

Just so you guys know, that calculator is utter bullshit. I work at a gym and have taken my BMI and when I was working out I was way under what it gave me, and I know the reading it gave me is off by quite a bit. If you want a decent reading you need skin fold caliper measurements. Emer, you may still be fat however. The gym instructor in me says..."run, cardio is your friend, you will love yourself more with a better body, because you are stuck in it everyday" | ||
