| Need a new keyboard... | ||

So we just totally redid my computer room (pics will come later in the week when the TV arrives), and we have put money into two custom built desks, paint, carpet, and a 32" HDTV (we havent bought it yet but we will by the end of the week). The room is being completely redone thanks to my complaints of the small tv i was forced to play my 360 on (parents wouldnt let me use it on the 50" plasma in the living room), and the fact i totally demolished our old desk after the super bowl (smashed it with a hammer. ive been playing off of the floor for 2 weeks). So, with all these purchases by my parents, i figure ill chip in and buy a new keyboard (desperately needed). Ive looked at a few, and ive come to some conclusions: I want one that has volume controls. This is a picture of my current keyboard: -[link]- notice the top right corner of the keyboard? thats the volume dial. i NEED something like that. If the keyboard doesnt have individual volume controls, dont post it here. Wireless would be a plus, but if not, it needs to have a LONG cord. my tower will be substantially far away from where the keyboard will be, so it is a must. If it is wireless, it has to have good battery life. I dont want to be running down long hall and have my keyboard die. It cant be too wide. I dont know the specifications of my current keyboard, but id guess it is about a foot and a half wide, and it was the perfect size. Anything 2 feet wide or wider it just too big and wont fit on my desk. I know this is alot to ask for a keyboard, but these are my needs and i dont have the resources to research one myself (my computer is in a box in the basement while we redo the room, and right now im at a friends house).
