| SUV crashes into school | ||

Today, an SUV ran into the parking lot of a school almost two blocks away from mine. It ran over the line of kids waiting for the bus to get home. 4 kids where trapped under the bus, and one of them was my friend. May not seem like big news to other people, but around here, it's huge now. ' "I want to emphasize these are possibly life-threatening injuries. They are still being assessed. Any head injury could be life-threatening, as could any possibly fractured pelvis," she said.' To me, that's pretty scary. Wow dude, guess the strangest things can happen to people in the worst ways. I hope he's going to be in good shape, pretty horrible that he out of everyone else had to be picked to be hit by that. Then again, things happen for one reason or another. | ||

The driver is 70... No shit he crashed... Bye bye liscence. They should have a driving test every year after 60 to make sure they don't do anything stupid. My grandmother is in her 70s and I don't trust her one bit behind the wheel. She was driving behind me one day and didn't know it was me, but I knew it was her and she was just fuckin terrible, I thought she was going to crash into me. |

Yeah, when you're older your senses deplete, and you're just not as responsive as you were before. Not to mention the fact I hate following slow people because I hate going the speed limit. Yup, I'm one of those people that will practically push your ass if you're not moving. My luck is there is always someone oncomming so I can't pass them. Once I get to the highway finally, I'm so pissed that I don't even give a shit about 10 miles even over the speed limit. It's 100+ all the way. | ||

That happened here around my town a couple years ado, but it was an elementry school, and I think four kids died. The man was in his 70s and got brought up on man slaughter charges. | ||
