the awp without it zoomed it cant hit a damn thing only scouts can. if u just shoot an awp not zoomed in it will stray like 200 feet away from where u thought u where aiming Edited Sun Jan 14 2007, 11:03PM | ||

i have a laser on my p228. it doesnt help. its just a cool looking skin. also if anyone can find a golden p228 or golden glock or usp skin i need them to complete my golden pistols |

k first off, most laser skins dont actually show on textures, it just comes out of your gun without making a mark on the world around you. I have had one on a glock but It was just annoying and got in the way of my cursor. As to who ever said noscopes with the sout are unnaccurate....I obviously havnt noscoped you in the head recently : ) the scout is rediculously accurate unscoped. | ||

I'm aware they're damn accurate, but they're more accurate with scope, and having the laser does not affect the aim of the noscope. |

I'm thinking about adding some skins and shit cuz I've been playing stock since day 1,,, but do skins with more 'detail' than stock make for FPS loss or anything? (When it comes to scout noscoping, try doing a quick switch to a sidearm or nade or something then back to the scout really fast and just remember where the crosshair was .5 secs ago. Hopefully HL3 will incorporate laser sights and that show on models and shit.  )

*Bump! I really don't want to start a new thread, but I'm wondering if anyone with 'skinning' experience knows whether or not putting on a 'higher detail' gun skin will decrease FPS ingame? If there's no FPS difference, I'll look into actually adding some skins, but not at the expense of game performance. Thanx in advance for the great advise!! BUTTSECKS! | ||
