And pick up SpiralFrog -[link]- It's all legit (just found out about this); downloads directly to your computer when you sign up (easy to sign up/install), it's legal, free, and FAST. No worrying about viruses. The quality of the sound files vary from 128 kb/s to 192 kb/s, but after what I've downloaded, the quality is really good. Also, (if you care at all) the album art comes when you download a song(s) from the album you got it from, so no worries about finding album art. There's NO download limit, you can download whole albums simultaneously. Now, the music database might not be as big as some people would like, but I'm sure you'll find 80%+ of your music you want to download on this site. It kicks Limewire or any Bittorent site in the ass. And not only does it let you able to download any music on the site, you can ALSO download music videos (of course, there isn't as many). If you haven't checked out this site before, please do. The only drawbacks are: 1. The music files come in .wma format and are DRM, so good luck trying to convert it. 2. Some music you can't download even though they are on the site (or they haven't put it up yet obviously). Just random searching, I found that bands like Dave Matthews Band, Finger Eleven you can't download. According to the site; there's 8 million songs on that site, but you can only download 3 million. You'll just have to get those 5 somewhere else or wait until they put it up for download eventually. But, most mainstream music you'll find to download, especially the new stuff coming out. The way I see it, the positives outweigh the negatives, I'd rather sacrifice quantity for quality than vice versa. This isn't meant to completely replace torrenting or using Limewire (though I would only use Limewire if I couldn't find it on SpiralFrog or by torrent), just a faster (and more legit) alternative. But I still understood, that is a good average. however, my limewire still works fine (haven't converted to the Itunes version  ) and I download songs at over 230 bitrates, so I'm okay for now, but I'll check it out as soon as my porn is done downloading  |

@kd: Yeah, most of Limewire is towards the lower part of that. And yes Zero, I meant bit rate... Everyone's a fucking critic. well he is right, we get better bitrate through limewire, and I like limewire. not judging it, but why use something when we're happy with this? lol |
