In the spirit of keeping the new threads comin, what are you guys' thoughts on the afterlife? heaven? hell? purgatory? limbo? rotting in the ground? reincarnation as animals? white light at the end of the tunnel = you bursting forth from a new vagina? groundhog day? vanilla sky? Speak your mind |

I think that it should be left up to each individual's own faith, that way we don't start stupid arguments. | ||

I'm honestly serious. I hope before I go senile with age the brain can be downloaded and uploaded with memories and all. And clones are common. That way you can clone yourself and start over with a wealth of knowledge. | ||

I think we're all adults now, if this was ft a year or two ago I could see us fighting about it. It's just interesting seeing other people's views and beliefs. I'm actually a strong believer in reincarnation, not if you live a better life so on and so forth, but through energy. Here's just my thought: When someone dies, they lose 21 grams, some people speculate that it's our "soul." I really do believe it's the energy we carry with ourselves everyday. And when we die, our energy/soul leaves our body and begin a new. Starting a new life/lives anywhere in the universe. It's a stupid theory, but I like it. It gives me a reason to a live. |
