im sorry i even opened up this thread.. Oh yea.. another thing... WHEN DID METER MAIDS BECOME COPS? Majority of this discussion happens to be about inspection tickets and meter times... I hate meter maids as much as the next person... but thats life. It sux, i know. But they arent cops. And i vote we dont have a law voting system. Because that would lead to anarchy. Because whose to say who is qualified to do anything or make any judgments. Nobody is. So we have what we have now. And im happy with it. Hell, we have all been getting along with our lives. Lets just keep it that way. I own somewhat around 27 guns... And most of them arent registered. But idc if i need paper to legally own them. I still have them. And it makes it even harder for your next door neighbor to own one... Who one day could snap, and kill you and your family because the dog said so.. Things are in place for a reason. About old people driving... Yes they should get re-tested at a certain age. That i agree with. And re-tested after a physical incident. Thats what i believe. But i have witnessed many, and i mean many, 30 year old 40 year old drivers drive just as bad as any 90 year old. I saw a girl in a van hit a Scion Tc and realize she hit it AFTER 4 seconds of impact... She slowly pushed the Scion into the middle of the intersection.... Talk about slow reflexes.. I saw the expression on her face in the car at the moment of impact. I agree with wild. But i sympathize for noskill and KT. Life's a bitch, but you gotta roll with the punches. Guys, stop fighting. Everyone has different opinions and experiences. But dont let the negative ones make anything else negative. Let it go. BTW, i would most def vote Paris Hilton into office. She'd be better then bush thats for damns sure. |

Wow. Sorry I missed NoSkill and Zero proving exactly what I had already pointed out. GG guys. Really. Yeah, you'll have to excuse me. I went away this weekend in my CAR DRIVING with my LICENSE to my COLLEGE where I GRADUATED to watch a football game. It was a good time DRIVING and not getting stopped by the cops to pay fines for FAILURE to have SAFE EQUIPMENT or other VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW. While down there, it was awesome getting the chance to see how great everyone is doing since we all GRADUATED with our DEGREES from COLLEGE and were able to find great JOBS making competitive salaries. I definitely missed out on NoSkill's educated "debate" and missed out reading the phenomenal "counterpoints" bitching about how laws are only made to punish you and should therefore all be changed since they inconvenience you. Glad I got the chance to read up on it now. (rolls eyes) Zero wrote ... just sounds hypocritical. he blamed us for generalizing off of what we heard from other people, when all of it was real-life experience. But because he has seen the positive end of the spectrum, everything is justified and he is correct. Everything Wild said we did, he did, just oppositional. We drew our opinions from negative situations, and he drew his from "only positive" situations he's ever been in with Cops. Wow Zero. Just wow. If you are going to use big boy words then make sure you pick the ones that have the appropriate meaning for the sentence you are trying to complete. Read what you wrote again. Then read what I wrote. You GENERALIZED from your .01% experience to make the basis for your experience. That's no different than standing over a fry machine and McDonalds and claiming from your experience that the fries at McDonalds are the best. You've missed the TOTALITY of the situation by making claims off such a small limited amount of experience. Nice try again. I could sit here for hours and waste my time but you both are too thickheaded to even comprehend what is being written. Someone can close this thread if they want. |
